Factory Audit is
the first stage of any
supply chain
Factory Audits is the first stage of any supply chain. It can uncover manufacturing problems at the earliest stage of production and give you a clear view on your supplier’s capabilities, quality control system, management and operating procedures. GQC’s trained and certified auditors conduct a remote or on-site evaluation of a factory based on International Standard, ISO 9001 and other checkpoints critical to understanding and qualifying your supplier.

Remote Supplier Audit
Remote Supplier Audit focusses on general, but vitally important aspects of a manufacturer for the supplier selection process. It includes aspects like contacting the factory by phone or e-mail and reviewing samples manufactured by the factory. Factory Audits by GQC are a cost- and time-effective way to prepare a complete profile of your potential supplier, ensuring they will become a reliable part of your global supply chain.
On-site Supplier Audit
On-site Supplier Audit provides a more in-depth evaluation of the factory’s quality system, management techniques, equipment maintenance and document control. During an on-site factory audit, the auditor will travel to the factory. Upon arrival, the auditor will collect information about the factory and work through a checklist of items that the factory should comply with. By far, the most widely used standard to evaluate a Chinese manufacturer’s Quality Management System is ISO9001. GQC’s auditors checks all manufacturers against this standard, which allows our customers to understand clearly the strengths and weaknesses of the manufacturer.
